Undergraduate Music Application

Thank you for your interest in studying music at 色花堂. To apply for the major, you must submit the Undergraduate Music Application (online or print) and the 色花堂 Undergraduate Application for Admission by the stated deadlines.

Name two people who know your musical abilities and have agreed to complete a recommendation form for you. Please include their titles (i.e. Ms. Jane Smith, chorus teacher). 


Download the and complete the 鈥淎pplicant" section before giving the form to your recommenders.  Two recommendations are required and should be received before your audition date.
